Adding your HTML signature into Outlook may require a small workaround. You can send an email with a signature from WordToHTML.net directly or copy & paste the signature HTML into your email client and send it to your email.

In Outlook, open the test email you just sent. In this email, select and copy the entire signature block to the clipboard, including images.

Paste the signature: Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures. Create a new signature and paste the copied content from that email. This method should copy the image along with the text.

Create a new email in Outlook and send it to test out the signature.
