In your web browser you need to press:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows\/Linux: Ctrl+F5<\/li>\n<li>Mac: Apple + R or Command + R<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After that check if Word to HTML works OK.<\/p>\n<h3>If a hard refresh did not fix the problem&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Please go to <a href=\"https:\/\/wordtohtml.net\/\">Word to Html<\/a> in browser incognito mode (for instance Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome for Windows or Linux) to disable custom browser extensions that may influence our website. If our website starts working normally it means that one of your custom browser extensions is causing an issue on Word to HTML.<\/p>\n<p>If the problem still exists then please check your browser Console for any errors. To see the browser Console you have to press Ctrl+Shift+I in Chrome\/Firefox (Windows\/Linux) and click on the Console tab.<\/p>\n<p>If everything is OK then you should see no errors like this:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-34\" style=\"box-shadow: 2px 2px 3px #ddd;\" src=\"https:\/\/wordtohtml.net\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/console-no-error.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"566\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wordtohtml.net\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/console-no-error.png 566w, https:\/\/wordtohtml.net\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/console-no-error-500x213.png 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 566px) 100vw, 566px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you see red text errors like in the example below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-33\" style=\"box-shadow: 2px 2px 3px #ddd;\" src=\"https:\/\/wordtohtml.net\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/console-error.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"566\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wordtohtml.net\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/console-error.png 566w, https:\/\/wordtohtml.net\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/console-error-500x223.png 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 566px) 100vw, 566px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then please take a screenshot of your browser window by pressing the Alt+Print Screen buttons on Windows (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-us\/HT201361\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here for Mac info<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Then paste the screenshot into an email and send it to us at:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@wordtohtml.net\">info@wordtohtml.net<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can also select all Console text and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl+C) then paste it (Ctrl+V) into an email and send.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also please send us information on your browser and operating system.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>02\/2024 &#8211;
